Add disclaimer to only internal messages

If you want to add Html disclaimers only to internal email messages what would you do? First condition would be to narrow conditions to email messages which are sent from your company domain to the same company domain. Everything else should be skipped.

Only internal messages

Add new Rule
Define first condition Message Sender
Enter your domain name using Wildcards
Click button OK

Define second condition Message Recipient
Enter your domain name using Wildcards
Select In all fields TO, CC, and BCC in Sender Address option
Leave option True only if at least one recipient is matched
Click button OK

On Disclaimer tab define disclaimer content in Html and Text format. Click button OK to close rule wizard. Save All settings and test your configuration by sending email internal message.

Disclaimer for Zimbra and Postfix

Application works as external standalone mail add-in which integrate with your mail server through official and standardized Milter API. With built-in compose editor you’ll create HTML and Plain Text rich disclaimer templates. Multiple conditions and exceptions will help with specifying range of message to which append disclaimer. No duplicates, skip adding another signature if already present in email message.
