Auto reply wizard protection tab.

Protection prevents from creating loops between servers. When servers non stop replies to an auto reply then can arise message server war.

This functionality count how many times an auto reply was sent to the same recipient in specific time interval. If message count hit the limit, next auto reply will not be send.
