3.7. Signature Positioning

Signature positioning entries contains information which determines how the application identifies a message reply or a forwarded message, so that signatures are correctly placed.

Manny common reply separators are static, however mobile devices, variances between regions, relying on static reply separators may not always be sufficient.

If required, dynamic reply separators can be handled using regular expressions. Regular expressions are used to express how the software should look for a specified pattern in text and then what to do when a pattern match is found.

By default application supports several common reply separators, but any number of custom separators can be added.
